EDUCATION FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION $250 Direct Deposit Promotion

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE, OBLIGATION, FINANCING, OR TRANSACTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase, loan application, loan approval, or financing transaction will not increase your chances of winning. Purchase entries and non-purchase entries will have an equal chance of winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Education First Federal Credit Union ("EFFCU") promotion is open only to legal residents of Texas who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, volunteer committee members, officials, directors, agents, and representatives of EFFCU, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Membership in Education First Federal Credit Union is subject to eligibility requirements and account approval. Participation in this promotion does not guarantee membership eligibility or account approval.

Void where prohibited by law. The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on July 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on July 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

3. HOW TO ENTER

Automatic Entry

Eligible members who set up direct deposit totaling $500 or more from their employer to Education First Federal Credit Union during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the promotion. Eligible participants must establish a recurring payroll direct deposit from an employer or government benefits payment totaling at least $500 during the Promotion Period. Transfers between accounts, person-to-person payments, tax refunds, other non-payroll deposits, and ACH credits not originating from an employer payroll processor or government benefits payment do not qualify. Qualified participants will receive (1) entry per eligible member, regardless of number of qualifying direct deposits received.

Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without purchasing a vehicle or obtaining financing, submit a 3" x 5" card containing your name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth by mail to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026, and received by August 21, 2026.

Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry into the promotion. Limit one (1) entry per person using the alternative method of entry.

All entries become the property of EFFCU and will not be returned.

4. WINNER SELECTION

Four (4) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will occur within twenty one (28) business days following July 31, 2026.

The decisions of EFFCU regarding the administration and operation of the promotion and the selection of winners are final and binding.

5. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6. PRIZES

Four winners will be selected and each receive the following prize:

Total Approximate Retail Value: $1,000

Actual prize models and values may vary. No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash redemption of prizes is permitted except at EFFCU's sole discretion.

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by telephone, email, and/or mail within ten (10) business days following the date that the drawing occurs.

EFFCU reserves the right to require any tax documentation necessary to comply with applicable federal, state, or local laws.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within ten (10) business days, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to complete required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for EFFCU to use the winner's name, city, state, photograph, likeness, voice, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of EFFCU, which are final and binding.

EFFCU reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

EFFCU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failures, force majeure events, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless EFFCU , their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

11. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used solely for administering the promotion and in accordance with EFFCU's Privacy Policy.

12. DISPUTES

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any legal action relating to this promotion shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Texas.

Participants waive the right to participate in any class action arising from this promotion.
