You will earn one (1) point for every dollar spent using your Education First totalREWARDS consumer and business credit cards. 

You will also earn one (1) point for every four (4) dollars spent on point-of-sale purchases and non-PIN-based transactions made using your Education First totalREWARDS business and consumer debit cards.

To redeem points, log in to Online Banking or the mobile app. In the leftside menu, scroll and select "totalREWARDS"

From there, you will be brought to this platform:

Select "Redeem Now" to view redemption options. 

Existing Education First credit card holders won't need to register - you'll automatically be enrolled in totalREWARDS and start earning rewards immediately. New credit card holders and all debit card holders can register easily through online banking.

Passwords cannot be the same as the User ID and must contain 8 to 20 characters. The password must have alphanumeric characters with one upper case, one lower case, one numeric, and at least one special character. The special characters allowed are ! @ # $ % ^ * , _. The password cannot contain more than two repeating characters. Your password is case sensitive so it must match exactly as it was entered.

Select “Forgot Password?” on the login screen and follow the steps displayed. 

Select “Forgot User ID?” on the login screen and follow the steps displayed. 

No, user IDs cannot be changed.
