iPay is the height of convenience. You can take care of all your bill payments and schedule them ahead of time so you don't miss due dates, all without writing a check. Comb through these FAQs to get a feel for everything you can accomplish.
Get Answers to Your iPay Questions:
You can pay any individual or private or commercial entity.
Payments are sent electronically. If the payee does not accept electronic payments, they will receive a check in the mail.
Electronic payments are received in three (3) business days. Payments that are sent by check will take approximately five (5) business days.
Electronic payments cannot be processed on a weekend or federal or state holiday.
If a recurring payment coincides with one, the payment will be made the prior business day to ensure timely delivery.
Payments can be made from an Education First Checking or Money Market account that you will designate when you sign-up for iPay. Please note that payments can only be deducted from one designated account per iPay user.
The transaction will appear as “eBill Payment” and include the name of the Payee, the amount paid and the payment date.
Yes. The "Reports" feature in iPay allows you to view up to three months of iPay history.
