The Blue Jean Fund. Casual for a Cause
Our Blue Jean Fund turns everyday denim into meaningful impact. Employees who participate make a small voluntary donation from each paycheck in exchange for the chance to wear blue jeans to work. It’s a fun, feel-good way to give back—and it adds up fast. Each year, the funds raised are donated to local nonprofits that provide vital services and support to our community.

Education’s in our name—and in our hearts. Every year, we award $25,000 in scholarships to Southeast Texas high school seniors who are ready to take on college (and the world). Because we know a degree isn’t just a piece of paper—it’s a launchpad for big dreams.
