Effective June 1, 2020 all Education First branches have returned to normal operations. However, we encourage our members to continue to continue to utilize the drive-thru and Online Banking as much as possible as 99% of all transactions can be completely safely and securely in this manner. If you opt to visit the inside of one of our branches, to protect your own health and that of our employees, we encourage you to adhere to the following recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC):
Additionally, Education First has implemented the following practices to protect members and employees during in-person transactions
- Social distance from others a minimum of six feet
- Wait to be called to the counter
- Utilization of hand sanitizer and facial masks are encouraged
- Sneeze guards are in place at all teller stations
- Branches continue to be thoroughly sanitized and surfaces will be cleaned throughout the day
