At Education First, member service is important to us. We understand that sometimes you just need to take care of things in person. That's why we are excited to offer you the opportunity to schedule an appointment online to visit one of our branches.

This way, we can ensure social distancing and other health screening is in effect which goes a long way to ensuring that our members and employees stay safe. Schedule an appointment here.


Please note that all branch services are available at the drive-thru, including account opening, card replacement, cashiers checks, etc.  Additionally, we offer a full suite of online services, including loan applications, online banking, remote check deposit via mobile device and bill payment services. Learn more about these convenience services.

COVID-19 LOAN RELIEF RESOURCES

We understand that that in addition to the many changes we have all had to make to our daily lifestyle and activities, COVID-19 has also impacted many of our members financially.  Below you will find links that will provide you with additional information about loan deferments due to economic hardship.
 
  • If you need assistance with a deferment for a secured loan (auto, boat, RV, motorcycle, etc.) or unsecured (personal) loan, please contact our Lending Department at 409.896.8585 to speak with a representative.
  • If you need assistance with a deferment for a mortgage, home equity or land loan, please email us at HomeLoans@EducationFirstFCU.org, or, give us a call at 409.898.3770. 
  • If you need assistance with a deferment for a Business Loan, please contact a member of our Business Services team at 409.896.8769.
