As a reminder, all Education First members also have access to our Digital Branch which is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
 

Online/Mobile  Banking
All you need is an internet connection to access your accounts 24/7. Use
Online / Mobile Banking to manage finances online including:

  • Transfer funds to and from accounts at other financial institutions (*Regulation D transfer limits have now increased from 6 per month to 10 per month).
  • View deposits, transfers, cleared checks and debit card transaction history

  • Apply online for loans

  • View your monthly statement

  • Receive email or text alerts about your account activity

  • Deposit checks remotely (Mobile Banking only)

  • Easily export financial information to financial management software

Online Bill Pay
Once you have signed up for Online Banking, you can access Online Bill Pay to easily manage your bills. Through Online Bill Pay, you can:

  • Make one-time payments with your computer or smartphone; just enter the recipient's name and address, the payment amount - it's that easy

  • View all pending payments on a monthly calendar for easy planning

  • Get summaries, histories and reports with a click of your mouse to keep financial tracking simple

To sign up for Online Bill Pay, just follow the steps provided below:

  • Log in to Online Banking 

  • Click Pay Bills in the top navigation bar:

  • You will have to agree to the Terms and Conditions and then you will be prompted to the following screen:

Now you can easily manage all of your bills in the same spot. 
 

SHARED BRANCHING NETWORK


Shared Branching Network allows you to conduct in-branch transactions at participating credit unions nation-wide completely free of charge

Additionally, Business Services, Lending, Mortgage and Wealth Management services are available by appointment only during this time.  Safe Deposit Box access is also available by appointment by calling (409) 896-8500. 


If you are not already signed up for Direct Deposit, there is no better time.  Download, print and submit this direct deposit form to your employer to ensure that your paychecks are deposited safely and securely without having to leave your house.
