Call us at 409.898.3770 to report your card lost or stolen. If you need a new card immediately, stop by your nearest branch and we can create a new card for you. Or, call us and let us know you need a new card. We’ll mail you one in 7-10 days.

 

It depends on how you deposit your check.

If you deposit a physical check in our branches, your funds will be available immediately.

If you deposit the check through ACH (direct deposit-usually payroll checks), your check will be available by 9AM on date of expected payroll.

If you use remote deposit, your check will be available within 2-3 days

If you use night drop by the close of business, your check will be available that day

If you are locked out (3 failed attempts), give us a call at 409.898.3770. If you are not locked out, simply click the password reset link.
 
Simple! Click here to enroll in Online Banking! Once you are enrolled in Online Banking, you can sign up for eStatements and eBill Pay. Please note that you need to sign up for Online Banking before you can sign up for eStatements.
